How can I change my membership type?

If you want to upgrade to Business level or downgrade to Basic level you should submit a support request or email.

We will need to move you onto a different subscription model and to do this it will be necessary for you to rejoin (and make payment for a new membership) at the new level.  

We will then de-activate the old membership type and if appropriate refund a proportionate part of your membership fee.  However, note that we reserve the right to make an administration charge of £15, or £20 if changes are made more than once in any 12 months.
